Wand is seeking a People Operations professional to run the day-to-day operations for a fully remote team of 150 across 20+ countries. You will own the onboarding/offboarding lifecycle, manage HRIS/ATS, and drive recruiting end-to-end while ensuring policies and benefits are up to date.

You will collaborate closely with managers and teams, design programs to keep the team connected, and help implement recognition and employee-support initiatives in a distributed environment.

Formación

• 4+ years in People Operations at tech companies
• Experience managing end-to-end employee lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, offboarding)
• Experience hiring for technical and non-technical roles
• Experience at fully remote, globally distributed companies
• Experience with multiple worker types (employees, EOR, contractors)
• Hands-on admin of HRIS and ATS platforms (Deel, Ashby, Lattice a plus)
• Excellent written and verbal English
• Strong HR best practices understanding
• Experience in gaming or consumer tech is a plus

Responsabilidades

• Own Deel as the HRIS and single source of truth for worker records, org structure, and data integrity
• Run onboarding from offer to first day and offboarding from notice to last day
• Administer, enforce, and update benefits and policies
• Drive end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, and offers
• Design and run programs to keep our distributed team connected
• Build recognition programs for milestones, anniversaries, and life events
• Be the first point of contact for policy, benefits, and process
