Hire Overseas is seeking an Internal Operations Manager to own the day-to-day operating engine, focusing on contractor operations, internal systems, and scalable processes.

This hands-on, execution‑driven role requires building playbooks from scratch, troubleshooting independently, and leveraging Claude AI to automate workflows while working with founders and department heads.

This position is 100% remote, USD-paid bi-monthly, and requires availability during US business hours.

Formación

• 3+ years in operations, PM, or business admin in startups.
• Ability to build processes from scratch.
• Experience with Claude AI tools for automations.
• Experience managing contractor lifecycles including onboarding, offboarding, and payroll coordination.
• Client-facing experience under pressure and clear expectations management.
• Proficiency with Notion, Slack, and at least one CRM.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Nice to have background in recruitment/HR or EOR services.
• Experience leading remote or offshore teams.
• Familiarity with HubSpot, Airtable, Asana.
• Experience contributing to cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience supporting globally distributed teams.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full lifecycle of contractors and associates, including onboarding and payroll coordination.
• Serve as the primary operations contact for contractors and associates across systems, docs, and processes.
• Monitor deliverables and flag issues early to prevent slippage.
• Maintain accurate records in Notion, Slack, and CRM tools.
• Build and maintain SOPs, process docs, and internal workflows from scratch.
• Identify bottlenecks and fix day-to-day inefficiencies proactively.
• Manage tools and data across Notion, Slack, and CRM platforms; keep data clean.
• Build automations and internal tools using Claude AI/Cowork to reduce manual work.
• Handle procurement requests and device setup for staff.
• Coordinate client onboarding and ongoing support for contractor engagements.
• Maintain operational dashboards and trackers in Google Sheets, Notion, or CRM.
