Entrepreneur Cooperative seeks an experienced Senior Business Operations Specialist to serve as the operational backbone for a rapidly growing investment management focus in a fully remote, Latin America-based setup.

You will own cross-functional operations, recruiting, investor relations, finance and fund operations, and AI-driven process improvements, collaborating directly with founders and leadership.

Formación

• C2 / Near-native English proficiency.
• 8+ years of experience in Business Operations, Operations, Chief of Staff, Finance Operations, Fund Operations, or similar cross-functional roles.
• Experience in fast-paced startup environments.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
• Experience supporting finance operations and business processes.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and project management skills.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools and workflow automation.
• High level of ownership, discretion, and ability to manage confidential information.
• Comfortable working directly with founders and executive leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate daily business operations across multiple teams.
• Manage leadership calendars, meetings, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Support weekly operational reviews and quarterly business planning.
• Develop and improve operational playbooks, documentation, and reporting.
• Manage vendors, subscriptions, and internal business systems.
• Own recruiting coordination, interview scheduling, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Maintain HR records and support people operations.
• Help foster a collaborative and engaging remote culture.
• Manage investor communications and coordinate meetings.
• Prepare leadership materials and board meeting logistics.
• Coordinate executive travel and strategic initiatives.
• Track priorities and ensure timely follow-up across leadership projects.
• Support company expense management, invoices, reimbursements, payroll coordination, and financial administration.
