Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in IT/CS/Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in Technical Support, Help Desk, Service Desk or similar IT support role.
• Experience with ITSM processes (incident management, request fulfillment) and ITIL practices.

Aufgaben

• Provide first-level hardware, software, telecommunications, mobile devices, and network connectivity support.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve routine incidents affecting end users and business operations.
• Manage installation, configuration, relocation, and removal of hardware/software.
• Own incidents/requests through resolution, ensuring SLA compliance.
• Support ITSM processes related to Incident Management and Request Fulfillment.
