Assurant in Argentina is seeking a Technical Support Associate to provide first-level IT support across hardware, software, telephony, and network connectivity, ensuring reliable service for end users.

You will handle incident management and request fulfillment per ITIL practices, coordinate with internal teams and vendors, and help monitor SLAs while delivering excellent customer service in English and Spanish.

Qualifikationen

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Systems, Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• At least two years of experience in Technical Support/Help Desk/Service Desk.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 and identity management solutions.
• Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, and networking fundamentals.
• Understanding of ITSM concepts and SLA management.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Aufgaben

• Provide first-level support for hardware, software, telecommunications, mobile devices, and network connectivity issues.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve routine technical incidents affecting end users and business operations.
• Respond to support requests, installation, configuration, relocation, and removal of company hardware/software.
• Own incidents and requests through resolution, ensuring SLAs are met.
• Administer ITSM processes related to Incident Management and Request Fulfillment.
• Identify recurring issues and communicate improvements to IT teams.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve escalations.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain clear communication with end users.
