Job summary

Assurant in Argentina is seeking a Technical Support Associate to deliver first-level IT support across the organization, handling hardware, software, telephony, and network issues, while ensuring SLA compliance and uptime.

You will contribute to ITSM processes (incident management, request fulfillment) following ITIL practices, collaborating with IT teams and vendors, and upholding strong customer service with bilingual Spanish/English communication.

Qualifications

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 2 years in Technical Support, Help Desk, or similar IT role.
Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

Provide first-level support for hardware, software, telecommunications, mobile devices, and network connectivity issues.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve routine technical incidents affecting end users and operations.
Respond to support requests for installation, configuration, relocation, and removal of hardware/software.
Own and track incidents and service requests through resolution, ensuring SLA compliance.
Administer IT service management processes related to Incident Management and Request Fulfillment.
Identify recurring issues and opportunities for service improvement; communicate findings to IT teams.
Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors to resolve escalated incidents.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain effective end-user communication.
