Job summary

Assurant is seeking a Technical Support Associate in Argentina to provide first-level IT support for hardware, software, networking, and access services across the organization.

You will help maintain IT infrastructure and support ITSM processes following ITIL best practices, handling incidents, requests, SLAs, and continuous service improvement with a strong focus on customer service in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor’s Degree in IT or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in Technical Support or similar IT role.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration.
• Experience with IAM solutions (e.g., Active Directory, Okta).
• Knowledge of ITIL/ITSM concepts and processes is advantageous.
• Excellent communication in Spanish and English.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level hardware, software, telecom, mobile, and network support.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve routine incidents affecting users.
• Handle requests for installation, configuration, relocation, and removal of hardware/software.
• Own incidents and requests through resolution, ensuring SLA compliance.
• Administer IT service management processes related to Incident Management and Request Fulfillment.
• Identify recurring issues and communicate improvements to IT teams.
• Collaborate with internal and third-party teams to resolve escalations.
• Maintain effective communication with end users throughout the support lifecycle.
