Qualifications

• Familiarity with HR systems such as Zoho People or BambooHR.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end onboarding and offboarding per SLAs.
• Handle HR-related help requests with timely, empathetic responses and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and coordinate with legal teams for policy updates.
• Monitor SLAs for onboarding/offboarding and help requests; report on metrics and improvements.
