Payoneer Inc. in Argentina is seeking an HR Operations Specialist to manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and compliance across geographies.

You will coordinate with payroll, legal, and tech, monitor SLAs, and ensure adherence to local labor laws while delivering smooth experiences for employees and clients.

Candidates should have 5+ years in HR operations and familiarity with Latin America labor regulations, plus strong communication and system skills.

Qualifications

• +5 years of experience in HR operations or employee lifecycle management.
• Strong understanding of Latin America HR processes and local labor laws.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., Zoho People, BambooHR, or similar) is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Onboarding & Offboarding: Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes as per defined SLAs.
• Employee Helpdesk Management: Resolve HR-related help requests in a timely and empathetic manner; collaborate with payroll, legal, and tech teams.
• Compliance & Labor Law Adherence: Stay updated with labor laws and statutory regulations in assigned countries; ensure documentation is compliant.
• SLA Monitoring & Reporting: Track SLAs and generate weekly/monthly reports on efficiency and resolutions.
