Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• +2 years of proven HR Generalist experience.
• Strong knowledge of Argentine labor laws, unions and governmental procedures.
• Experience dealing with social security authorities is required.
• BPO industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end personnel operations, including records and contracts.
• Oversee payroll processes with accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensure compliance with Argentine labor laws and union regulations.
• Liaise with social security offices and labor authorities.
• Handle onboarding and offboarding and maintain HR systems.
• Support general HR and administrative functions.
