Job summary

Future Group Language Solutions is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to lead personnel operations, payroll, and compliance for its international operations in Argentina. The role requires handling labor laws, unions, and governmental procedures with a focus on accurate HR administration and employee lifecycle management.

You will support onboarding, offboarding, and HR system updates in a fast-paced, global environment, ensuring high employee satisfaction and regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of proven HR Generalist experience.
• Strong knowledge of Argentine labor laws, unions, and governmental procedures.
• Experience with social security and labor authorities is required.
• English proficiency at a professional level; Spanish is native.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end personnel operations including records, contracts and documentation.
• Oversee payroll processes for accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensure compliance with Argentine labor laws, unions and BPO regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end personnel operations, including employee records, contracts, and documentation
• Oversee payroll processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
• Ensure full compliance with Argentine labor laws, unions, and BPO regulations
• Liaise with social security offices, labor law authorities, and governmental entities
• Handle onboarding and offboarding processes efficiently
• Maintain and update HR systems and databases with high accuracy
• Support general HR and administrative functions as needed

Essential Skills, Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• +2 years of proven experience as an HR Generalist
• Strong knowledge of Argentine labor laws, unions, and governmental procedures
• Previous experience in the BPO industry is a plus
• Experience dealing with social security and labor law authorities is a must
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment
• English proficiency: Full Professional
• Spanish Proficiency: Native (C2)
