Evolution Gaming Limited is seeking a hands-on HR Business Partner to help build the HR foundation for our Moreno, Argentina operations.

You will own Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, HR Operations, and Compensation & Benefits, ensuring compliance with local labor laws while shaping HR practices from the ground up in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience in Human Resources, including HRBP responsibilities.
• Experience with payroll and compensation & benefits in a local HR role.
• Deep knowledge of local labor legislation and HR practices.
• Experience across recruitment, employee relations, and organizational development.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and change management skills.
• Advanced computer literacy and English at C1 level.

Responsabilidades

• Lead HR initiatives and partner with business stakeholders to build a scalable HR foundation.
• Oversee Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, HR Operations, and Compensation processes.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and HR best practices.

As we prepare to open ourfirst studio in Moreno Argentina, we’re looking for a hands‑onHRBusiness Partnerto play a key role inbuilding the HR foundation. This role is perfect for someonewho thrives in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments and knows what it takes toestablish HR practices from the ground up. You’ll be the go‑to HR expert for ourlocal operations in São Paulo—working closely withbusiness stakeholders to build strong teams, implement processes, and ensure compliance across all aspects of the employee lifecycle.

Please note: this is an on-site position based in Moreno. Argentina

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, HR Operations, and the validation of Compensation & Benefits processes.
• Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices.
• Thorough knowledge of local labor legislation.
• Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee and union relations.
• Excellent knowledge of the full recruitment lifecycle and sourcing strategies.
• Strong strategic mindset and analytical thinking.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build strong business relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
• Ability to work productively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Confident in influencing and negotiating with stakeholders at all levels of seniority, with the ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7years of experience in Human Resources, ideally as anHRBPor in a mid‑level HR leadership role.
• Experience withpayrollandcompensation & benefitsin a local HR role.
• Deep understanding of local labor legislation and best HR practices.
• Experience across multiple HR disciplines including recruitment, employee relations, and organizational development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to work with all levels of the organization.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to drive change and influence business outcomes.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

• Advanced computer literacy
