Job summary

Future Group in Buenos Aires, Argentina, seeks an experienced HR Generalist to drive day-to-day HR operations and payroll processing in an international setting. You will ensure compliance with local labor laws, manage employee records, and support lifecycle activities for a diverse workforce.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, handle onboarding and offboarding, and maintain HR systems to uphold data accuracy in a fast-paced global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field.
• 2+ years of proven experience as an HR Generalist.
• Strong knowledge of Argentine labor laws, unions, and governmental procedures.
• Experience in BPO is a plus.
• Experience dealing with social security and labor law authorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end personnel operations, including employee records, contracts, and documentation.
• Oversee payroll processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
• Ensure full compliance with Argentine labor laws, unions, and BPO regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end personnel operations, including employee records, contracts, and documentation

Essential Skills, Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• +2 years of proven experience as an HR Generalist
• Strong knowledge of Argentine labor laws, unions, and governmental procedures
• Previous experience in the BPO industry is a plus
• Experience dealing with social security and labor law authorities is a must
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment
• English proficiency: Full Professional
• Spanish Proficiency: Native (C2)
