Astria Learning seeks an experienced HR Manager to lead HR officers across multiple locations, ensuring consistent people practices and a positive employee experience throughout the organisation.

You will develop and implement HR policies, partner with site leaders, manage end-to-end HR operations, ensure compliance with local employment laws, monitor HR metrics, and drive engagement and retention across a distributed workforce.

• Oversee HR officers across multiple locations, providing day-to-day guidance.
• Develop and improve HR policies to ensure consistency across sites.
• Partner with site leaders to translate workforce needs into HR strategies.
• Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance, relations, and offboarding.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies across locations.
• Monitor HR metrics and report to senior leadership.
• Escalate employee relations issues with discretion and fairness.
• Drive initiatives to strengthen engagement, retention and culture.
