Sweat Pants Agency in a remote, global role seeks a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own end-to-end Google Ads for our DTC/eCommerce clients. You will act as the direct client contact, defend your optimization decisions, and drive measurable growth through careful attribution and testing.

You will audit feeds, tracking, and campaigns, keep automation in check, and report incremental growth with NC-CPA/NC-ROAS. Remote work with US Eastern hours required.

Qualifications

• Own a set of DTC accounts as the strategist, the buyer, and the client's direct point of contact.
• Audit campaigns and provide the Loom walkthrough to clients.
• Differentiate brand vs non-brand growth and report separately.
• Understand PMax and attribution to drive incremental growth.
• Keep Google automation under control and audit regularly.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist and buyer, and be the client's direct contact.
• Audit accounts before touching anything and present findings to clients.
• Manage brand and non-brand campaigns as separate entities for growth.
• Analyze PMax performance and separate branded vs non-branded volume.
• Own the feed, tracking, and conversion measurement across platforms.
