Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a remote Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own entire Google accounts for DTC/eCommerce brands. You will lead strategy, audits, and execution across Search, Shopping, PMax, YouTube, and related tracking, with a focus on incremental growth and clear client communication.

You will defend attribution choices, optimize for NC-CPA/NC-ROAS, and own the full funnel, including feeds, pages, and landing experiences.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend on DTC/eCommerce.
• Experience with Shopping and PMax for growth.
• Ability to defend and explain attribution & CAC/ROAS decisions.
• English fluency for client-facing communication.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts end to end as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Audit accounts before touching anything and present findings to clients.
• Own the feed, tracking, landing pages, and testing pipelines.
• Differentiate brand vs. non-brand campaigns and measure incremental impact.
