Sweat Pants Agency seeks a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own end-to-end Google accounts for multiple DTC and eCommerce brands. You will be the direct client contact, present results and plans, and defend decisions with a data-driven mindset.

You will manage budgets from $5k/month to six figures, focus on NC-CPA/NC-ROAS, and work remotely with US Eastern hours. Strong emphasis on attribution and growth.

Competenze

• Hands-on experience with Google Ads at meaningful spend (CPA/ROAS/revenue).
• Ability to defend attribution decisions and optimize incrementally.
• Fluent English communication with clients.

Mansioni

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and direct client contact.
• Audit campaigns, structure, keywords, negatives, and tracking before touching onboarding accounts.
• Run brand and non-brand campaigns as separate businesses and report them separately.
