Sweat Pants Agency is hiring a remote Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist. You will own DTC client accounts end-to-end, from audits to execution, while defending strategic decisions during client calls.

The role emphasizes accountability for results and a strong understanding of attribution and incremental growth. You will work with a distributed team, manage diverse campaigns, and build scalable frameworks using AI tools.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend; show CPA/ROAS results.
• Fluent English, native or near-native.
• Able to speak with clients during US Eastern hours.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts end-to-end as strategist and client lead.
• Audit accounts before touching anything; present Loom walkthroughs to clients.
• Own the feed, tracking, and landing pages; ensure proper setup and testing.
• Separate brand vs. non-brand campaigns and measure incremental impact.
• Know what PMax is actually doing; avoid misattributing CAC.
