Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a remote Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own end-to-end client accounts, from strategy to execution and reporting.

You will manage DTC and eCommerce campaigns with a focus on CAC/ROAS, feed and tracking integrity, and landing-page optimization, while communicating results directly to clients. This role emphasizes ownership, independence, and data-driven decision-making.

Competenze

• Hands-on Google Ads management with real money spent on DTC/eCommerce.
• Strong English communication for client meetings and storytelling of results.
• Ability to own end-to-end campaigns and present plans and outcomes.

Mansioni

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Audit campaigns, structure, keywords, negatives, and tracking before touching accounts.
• Run brand and non-brand campaigns as separate streams and report results.
• Optimize PMax with awareness of incremental CAC vs branded volume.
• Manage feed, Merchant Center hygiene, and shopping delivery impacts.
• Own tracking (GA4, GTM, conversions) and ensure data reconciliation.
• Build landing pages and scripts to remove bottlenecks and scale.
