Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist for a remote role. You will own multiple DTC accounts end-to-end, act as the client point of contact, and defend your decisions with data.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads management with meaningful spend
• Ability to own client relationships and communicate results
• Audits of campaigns, structure, feed health, landing pages, and tracking
• Knowledge of PMax, brand vs non-brand strategies, and attribution models
• Experience with GA4, GTM, and Shopify tracking implementations

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts end-to-end as strategist, buyer, and direct client contact
• Audit accounts before touching setup; review structure, keywords, negatives, bidding, impression share, feed health, landing pages, and tracking
• Separate brand and non-brand campaigns and report them distinctly
• Understand PMax activity and incremental CAC vs branding
• Keep Google automation in check and audit auto assets and sitelinks
• Own feed and tracking (Merchant Center, GA4, GTM) and diagnose bottlenecks
• Build landing pages and scripts when needed to remove constraints
• Communicate findings and defend recommendations with clients
