Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own end-to-end Google Ads for multiple DTC/eCommerce brands. You will manage client relationships and present plans directly, defending your calls and decisions.

You will own the whole funnel—from feed to landing pages and tracking—driving NC-CPA and NC-ROAS outcomes. This remote role supports US Eastern hours and rewards output, autonomy, and real growth opportunities.

Competenze

• Hands-on Google Ads experience with meaningful spend on DTC/eCommerce.
• Ability to explain CPA/ROAS results and changes made.
• Familiarity with PMax, Shopping, and brand vs. non-brand strategies.
• Experience with attribution modeling and GA4/GTM tracking.

Mansioni

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Own the client relationship with no intermediary.
• Audit accounts before touching them; present Loom walkthroughs.
• Manage brand and non-brand campaigns as separate entities.
• Understand PMax impact and separate branded vs non-branded volume.
• Monitor and limit Google's auto features; audit assets and sitelinks.
• Own the feed (Merchant Center) and landing pages.
• Own the tracking setup (GA4, GTM, conversions).
• Diagnose bottlenecks and implement fixes across creative, offers, and pages.
• Build required assets (landing pages, scripts, reports) to remove constraints.
