Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist. You will own a set of DTC accounts end-to-end, acting as the strategist, buyer, and primary client contact. Expect to audit campaigns, manage brand and non-brand growth, and defend attribution decisions.

You can work remotely from anywhere, provided you can join US Eastern hours for client calls. You will build and optimize feeds, tracking, landing pages, and creative assets to push incremental growth for 50+ brands.

Competenze

• Experience running paid media for DTC/ecommerce with measurable results.
• Ability to tell difference between demand created vs harvested and prove it to clients.
• Familiarity with attribution models and holdouts to prove incremental impact.

Mansioni

• Own a set of DTC accounts end to end as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Audit accounts before touching them: structure, keywords, negatives, bidding, tracking.
• Manage brand and non-brand campaigns as distinct business units.
• Explain decisions to clients and defend attribution approach.
• Own feed, merchant center, tracking, and landing pages to improve performance.
• Build landing pages and scripts when needed to remove bottlenecks.
