Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a remote Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own end-to-end Google Ads for a portfolio of DTC/eCommerce brands. You will directly communicate with clients, defend your decisions, and drive incremental growth through a disciplined attribution mindset.

You will manage feeds, tracking, and creative assets, while separating brand and non-brand strategies and maintaining a keen focus on incremental results.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend on DTC/eCommerce.
• Able to explain CPA/ROAS and defend the approach.
• Experience with Shopping and PMax.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist and direct client contact.
• Audit accounts before touching anything and present Loom walkthroughs.
• Run brand and non-brand as separate campaigns and report separately.
• Know what PMax is doing and separate branded vs. non-branded impact.
• Own the feed, tracking, and landing pages; build what the account needs.
