Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency seeks a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist who can own campaigns end-to-end for DTC/eCommerce brands. You will talk to clients directly, defend your decisions, and drive growth through careful attribution and optimization across Search, Shopping, and YouTube.

This is a remote, globally distributed role with US hours for client calls. You will manage multi-million budgets, audit accounts before touching them, and build scalable landing-page assets.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads at meaningful spend.
• Experience with PMax, Shopping, and brand vs non-brand campaigns.
• Strong client-facing communication and storytelling.
• Ability to build and deploy landing pages or landing-page components with AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and primary client contact.
• Audit overhauls: structure, keywords, negatives, bidding, tracking, feed health and landing pages.
• Keep brand and non-brand campaigns separate and report them distinctly.
• Own the feed and tracking: Merchant Center hygiene, GA4, GTM, Shopify integrations.
• Defend attribution choices and optimize toward NC-CPA and NC-ROAS.
• Communicate results, plans, and rationale directly to clients; take calls during US hours.
