Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist (Remote) to own end-to-end Google Ads for a set of DTC accounts. You will be the direct client contact, present results, plans, and reasoning, and drive revenue growth with rigorous attribution and incremental testing.

You will audit accounts before touching them, run brand and non-brand as separate efforts, and own the feed, tracking, and creative constraints.

Qualifications

• Own a set of DTC accounts and act as strategist, buyer, and client liaison.
• Audit campaigns and structure before touching anything.
• Separate brand and non-brand strategies for growth.
• Understand PMax and attribution; avoid over-reliance on last-click.
• Own feed, tracking, and conversion measurement.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts and manage client relationships directly.
• Audit and review campaigns, ad groups, keywords, negatives, bidding, and tracking.
• Run brand and non-brand campaigns as separate business units.
• Explain and defend attribution strategies to clients.
• Build landing pages or scripts if needed to remove constraints.
