HoopStars is seeking a hands-on General Manager to lead marketing, ecommerce growth and profitable expansion across HoopStars and its parent-company brands. The role blends running HoopStars with building a marketing team for Community Sports Partners, with remote work from LATAM and Toronto business hours.

You will own budgets, measure performance, and drive customer growth while nurturing teams, processes and reliable reporting.

Qualifikationen

• Demonstrated results in paid acquisition, conversion and retention.
• Commercial responsibility beyond a marketing budget: pricing, margins or profitability.
• Experience hiring and managing marketers, creatives, agencies or other specialists.

Aufgaben

• Run HoopStars: own business plan, budget, revenue and cash forecasts.
• Drive digital growth: optimize paid search/social, landing pages, funnels and pricing.
• Build the parent marketing team across brands and manage contractors/agencies.
• Establish commercial discipline by linking campaign performance to paying customers.
• Stay close to execution by diagnosing funnel issues and guiding improvements.
