Job summary

HoopStars, a Toronto-based youth basketball business, seeks a hands-on General Manager to own marketing, ecommerce growth, budgets and customer experience across HoopStars and the parent company brands.

You will split time between running HoopStars and building the parent marketing team, lead paid acquisition, conversion and retention, and drive profitable growth with remote work from LATAM and Toronto-hours collaboration.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in paid acquisition, CRO and retention.
• Experience building and leading marketing teams across brands.
• Strong English and remote leadership skills.

• Own HoopStars and parent company marketing budgets, performance and customer experience.
• Lead paid acquisition, optimization of funnels, pricing and retention strategies.
