• Own HoopStars business plan, budget, revenue and profitability.
• Lead digital growth: paid search, social, landing pages and enrollment funnels.
• Build and manage the parent marketing team across brands.
• Align campaign performance with customer acquisition and profitability.
• Oversee budgets, performance reporting and customer experience.
