HoopStars is a Toronto-based youth basketball business with recurring customers and technology-enabled operations. We are looking for a hands-on General Manager whose strongest skills are marketing, ecommerce and profitable growth, and who can take responsibility for the whole business.

You will divide your time approximately equally between running HoopStars and building and managing the parent company Community Sports Partners' marketing team across its brands.

Formación

• Proven results in paid acquisition across channels.
• Experience improving conversion and retention metrics.
• Track record leading remote marketing teams.
• Ability to translate ecommerce methods into a service business.
• Strong written and spoken English for global collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Own HoopStars business plan, budget, revenue, profitability and cash forecasts.
• Lead sales and operations, ensuring programmes, venues and service quality.
• Drive digital growth: paid search, social, landing pages and funnels.
• Build the parent marketing team across multiple brands with contractors when needed.
• Allocate marketing investment using reporting and testing.
• Inspect accounts, diagnose funnel problems and lead improvements.
