Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle recruitment for US, UK, and LATAM markets with a strong candidate experience.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and manage offers and salary negotiations.
• Collaborate with HR and business to understand talent requirements and strategy.
• Develop short and long-term hiring strategies to support business plans.
• Utilize Workday and sourcing techniques to identify top talent.
• Maintain recruitment data and KPIs in the ATS.
