Chevron Corporation in Buenos Aires (Puerto Madero) is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the Human Resources team. You will manage the full lifecycle recruitment for roles across the US, UK, and LATAM, partnering with hiring managers to define requirements and negotiate offers.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in HR/related field and at least 4 years of experience, with strong English and interpersonal skills, in a multinational environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
• At least 4 years of full cycle recruitment experience in corporate multinationals or high-volume agencies.
• Fluency in English (verbal and written).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
• Teamwork and customer service orientation.
