Chevron’s Buenos Aires-based Talent Acquisition team is seeking a Specialist to manage full lifecycle recruitment for roles across the US, UK, and LATAM, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience. The candidate will collaborate with hiring managers on role requirements and market insights, handling offers, salary negotiations, and onboarding seamlessly.

Required is a Bachelor’s degree and at least 4 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with excellent English and communication
