Chevron Global Business Services, based in Buenos Aires, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full lifecycle recruitment for diverse roles across the US, UK, and LATAM. You will partner with hiring managers, extend offers, and oversee onboarding, while aligning with HR on talent strategy.

The role requires 4+ years in recruitment, strong English, and experience with HRIS like Workday or ServiceNow, in a multicultural Shared Service environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
• 4+ years of full cycle recruitment experience in a multinational or high-volume agency.
• Must be highly proficient in English.
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
