Qualifications

• Must be highly proficient in English.
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a multicultural and diverse environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle recruitment process for diverse roles across U.S., U.K., and LATAM markets, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and provide market insights; extend offers, negotiate salaries, and manage onboarding.
• Collaborate with HR and the business to understand strategy and talent requirements.
• Develop and implement short and long-term hiring strategies to support business plans.
• Leverage Workday and advanced recruiting/sourcing techniques to identify and secure top talent.
• Identify trends and opportunity areas to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to global recruitment protocols and KPIs; track data in the ATS.
