Chevron Global Business Services in Buenos Aires, Argentina, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for diverse roles across the Americas and LATAM. You will partner with hiring managers, define role requirements, extend offers, negotiate salaries, and guide candidates through onboarding.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, at least 4 years in full-cycle recruiting, excellent English, and strong communication in a multicultural environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, business or related field.
• Minimum 4 years' experience in full-cycle recruitment in corporate or high-volume settings.
• Strong English skills required with excellent communication.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles across the US, UK, and LATAM.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and market insights.
• Extend offers, negotiate salaries, and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Leverage Workday and sourcing tools to identify top talent.
• Track data in ATS and adhere to recruitment KPIs.
