Job summary

WSP is seeking a Software Asset Management Specialist to join the global SAM team. You will manage licensing across Latin America and other regions, handling multi-vendor environments, entitlements, renewals and optimization while ensuring compliance and timely service delivery.

The role requires strong licensing knowledge, attention to detail and the ability to move quickly between publishers and requests in a high-volume setting. English and Spanish fluency is important.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Software Asset Management experience with licensing and ITAM responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of licensing models (node-locked, concurrent, named-user, cloud/SaaS).
• Experience managing a broad software portfolio across publishers and licensing conditions.
• Experience with entitlements, renewals, license utilization, compliance, optimization or audits.
• Ability to manage high volumes, prioritize time-sensitive requests and adapt to multiple publishers.

Responsibilities

• Manage software licensing requests across the full lifecycle with accurate processing.
• Interpret licensing terms, metrics and entitlements across publishers and models.
• Maintain accurate software asset and entitlement records including purchases and licensing info.
• Coordinate renewals, reallocations and optimization activities.
• Support license compliance, audits and reporting, driving cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance and Engineering to resolve licensing needs.
