Job summary

WSP is seeking a Software Asset Management Specialist to join its global SAM team and manage licensing across Latin America and other regions. You will collaborate with IT, Procurement and Finance to ensure compliant licensing and cost optimization.

The role covers handling licensing requests, entitlements, renewals, and audits, and requires strong tracking of software portfolios across multiple publishers. Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.

• Hands-on software asset management experience with licensing responsibilities.
• Experience interpreting licensing terms and entitlements across publishers.

Responsibilities

• Manage software licensing requests across full lifecycle with accurate processing.
• Interpret licensing terms, metrics and entitlements across publishers and models.
• Maintain accurate software asset and entitlement records, including purchasing and licensing info.
• Coordinate renewals, assignments, reallocations and optimization activities.
• Support license compliance, audits and reporting to improve utilization and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance, Engineering and external vendors to resolve licensing needs.
• Handle high volumes and prioritize time-sensitive requirements while improving SAM processes.
