Job summary

ASAPP seeks a Business Insights Analyst to join our Strategy & Insights Team to shape the future of customer experiences powered by Generative AI. You will partner with Customer Success, Engineering, and Product to deliver strategic insights and maximize value for the world's largest brands.

In this role you will analyze large-scale Generative AI deployments, translate data into actionable recommendations, and craft narratives that demonstrate impact and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• 2+ years in consulting, business intelligence, data analytics, or a similar role.
• Demonstrated ability to connect data analysis to business drivers.
• Experience communicating with clients or stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and requirements.
• Strong SQL skills and ability to write and interpret queries.
• Proficiency in creating impactful presentations for cross-functional audiences.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Customer Success and Strategy teams with client requests beyond standard deliverables, strengthening the client partnership.
• Handle ad-hoc requests from internal and external stakeholders based on priority.
• Develop analytical insights that measure client performance across key inputs such as performance metrics and customer experience.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to shape account strategy, create forecasts, and quantify impact of technology.
• Identify creative new ways to analyze data at scale.
