You will oversee standards for rapid iteration and evidence-driven decisions, and you will guide technology and adoption across crops and regions.

The role emphasizes strategic leadership within the Capability Center, collaboration with global teams, and alignment with HS&E and DEI commitments as part of the Crop

Qualifications

• PhD or MS in a related field with strong breeding and genetics foundations.
• Experience with advanced analytics, genomics, or quantitative genetics.
• Ability to lead cross-functional partnerships across regions.
• Evidence of adopting values-based leadership (VACC) across teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead a multi-year strategy for accelerating research in the early breeding pipeline.
• Set standards for hypothesis-driven design and decision-ready evidence.
• Shape enabling-technology agenda across accelerated breeding and digital workflows.
• Lead adoption and governance of new practices across crops and regions.
• Own impact metrics (cycle time, genetic gain, cost, adoption) and steer investments.
