Responsibilities

• Define the vision and multi-year strategy for research acceleration across the early breeding pipeline.
• Set standards for hypothesis-driven design and rapid decision-making with high-quality evidence.
• Shape enabling-technology agendas in accelerated breeding, genomics, phenotyping, and analytics.
• Lead adoption strategies and embed new practices across crops and regions at scale.
• Own metrics and reporting for cycle time, genetic gain, and cost to steer investments.
