Formación

• PhD or MS in Plant or Animal Breeding, Quantitative or Statistical Genetics, Data Science, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of advanced breeding technologies, analytics and information technologies, genomics, and/or quantitative genetics.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across regions and functions to solve complex problems.

Responsabilidades

• Define the vision and multi-year strategy for research acceleration across the early breeding pipeline.
• Set standards for hypothesis-driven design and decision-ready evidence to enable rapid iteration.
• Shape enabling-technology agenda across accelerated breeding, genomics, phenotyping, predictive analytics, and automation.
