AvantStay is seeking a Property Onboarding Manager to lead the onboarding lifecycle from contract to live listing. You will liaison between homeowners and internal teams, ensuring timely communication and smooth transitions.

You will leverage our tech stack and PM tools to track progress, surface risks, and drive process automation across departments, improving efficiency and homeowner satisfaction.

Formación

• 3+ years’ experience in property onboarding and project management or a similar client-facing role.
• Hospitality, real estate, and/or property management experience preferred.
• Proven success managing complex, client-facing projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering results on time and within budget.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication; able to build trust and deliver clear updates.

Responsabilidades

• Own the onboarding lifecycle: manage and coordinate all aspects of new property onboarding from contract to live listing.
• Serve as the primary liaison between homeowners and AvantStay’s internal stakeholders with clear, timely communication.
• Utilize AvantStay’s tech stack, dashboards, and PM tools to track onboarding progress and surface risks.
• Collaborate with Field Operations, Market Leaders, and cross-functional teams to keep tasks on schedule and resolve issues quickly.
• Identify and help implement opportunities to automate repeatable onboarding tasks.
• Analyze onboarding metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements for efficiency and homeowner satisfaction.
• Provide regular updates on onboarding progress, milestones, risks, and contingency plans to leadership.
• Monitor contractual obligations and ensure compliance by AvantStay and homeowners.
• Continuously improve processes based on industry trends to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Ensure all properties meet AvantStay’s brand standards before listing.
