Cloudbeds is seeking a Senior Leader to head the Customer Onboarding team in a fully remote capacity. You will guide a caring, data-driven group to deliver personalized onboarding experiences, increase product adoption, and demonstrate ROI for hospitality clients.

Formación

• Demonstrated leadership of onboarding teams in SaaS or hospitality tech.
• Proven ability to mentor, coach, and develop talent.
• Strong AI-savvy mindset with ability to leverage AI in onboarding.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and grow a remote Onboarding Coaches team.
• Standardize processes, drive product adoption, and deliver measurable ROI.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support to implement improvements.
• Define success metrics and manage performance reviews and career growth.
• Act as escalation point for complex inquiries and ensure customer value realization.
