Veralto is seeking an HR Process Owner to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of global HR processes, including standard work, implementation, adoption, and governance across regions. You will partner with Centers of Excellence, IT, HR Shared Services, Legal, Data/Privacy, and regional teams to optimize processes and enable scalable design, automation, and reporting.

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience plus 7+ years in HR Operations.
• Experience delivering end-to-end HR processes in global/matrix environments.
• Experience with enterprise HRIS (Workday) and presenting process KPIs.
• Fluency in English, with strong stakeholder communication.
• Partner with COEs, IT, Legal, Data/Privacy, and regional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Translate global process design into scalable standards and execution requirements.
• Own lifecycle execution for assigned global HR processes across regions.
• Manage plans, cadences, risks, and escalations to deliver milestones at scale.
• Establish governance, approvals, version control, and KPI reporting.
• Collaborate with IT, HR Shared Services, and Data teams for automation and integrations.
• Develop Standard Work, training materials, and process maps.
• Drive continuous improvement using VOC and data trends.
• Lead vendor management and contract alignment.
• Develop change-management plans to support launches and adoption.
