Veralto seeks an HR Process Owner to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of global HR processes, including standards, implementation, adoption, measurement, controls, and continuous improvement. The role partners with Centers of Excellence, HR Shared Services, IT, data/privacy, and regional stakeholders to optimize governance, data quality, and scalability.

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, HR Transformation, or business process management.
• Experience collaborating at enterprise level with Centers of Excellence, HR Shared Services, IT, Legal, Data/Privacy, and regional teams.
• Experience developing process performance reports, dashboards, KPIs, adoption metrics, or compliance reporting to senior stakeholders.
• Experience with Workday or a comparable enterprise HRIS platform, plus professional fluency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Translating global process design, policy intent, and business outcomes into scalable process standards and execution requirements.
• Owning lifecycle execution for assigned global HR processes (e.g., Compensation Planning, Performance Management, Talent Assessment, Equity nomination, Benefits Enrollment).
• Managing project plans, cadences, risk tracking, and escalations to deliver milestones at scale.
• Establishing and maintaining process governance, approvals, and KPI reporting aligned to legal and data privacy requirements.
• Partnering with Workday Solutions Architecture, IT, HR Shared Services, and Data teams to enable scalable design, automation, and reporting.
• Building and maintaining Standard Work, training materials, job aids, and process maps for consistent execution.
• Driving continuous improvement through Voice of the Customer and data trends, including AI-enabled and self-service opportunities.
• Leading vendor-management activities and ensuring value alignment.
