HoopStars, a Toronto-based youth basketball business, is seeking a hands-on General Manager to lead marketing, ecommerce and profitable growth across HoopStars and the parent company Community Sports Partners.

The role is full-time and remote from LATAM with Toronto working hours; candidates elsewhere in LATAM are welcome, relocation possible to US/Canada by mutual agreement. You will own budgets, campaigns and the customer experience.

Qualifikationen

• Demonstrated results in paid acquisition, conversion and retention.
• Commercial responsibility beyond a marketing budget: pricing, margins, staffing, forecasts or business profitability.
• Experience hiring and managing marketers, creatives, agencies or other specialists.
• Strong professional English and effective remote leadership.
• Experience in youth sports, education, fitness, memberships or multi-location services is useful.

Aufgaben

• Run HoopStars: Own its business plan, budget, revenue, profitability and cash forecasts.
• Drive digital growth: Improve paid search, social, landing pages, enrollment funnels, pricing, offers and referrals.
• Build the parent marketing team: Define structure, recruit specialists, appoint contractors or agencies, and manage priorities.
• Establish commercial discipline: Connect campaign performance to paying customers, repeat enrollment and profitability.
• Stay close to execution: Inspect advertising accounts, diagnose funnel problems and launch improvements with the team.
