Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a remote Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own full funnels across DTC/eCommerce brands. You will communicate directly with clients, define strategy, and defend decisions based on NC-CPA/NC-ROAS principles.

You’ll audit, structure, and optimize feeds, campaigns, and tracking, building pages and tests as needed. Remote, with calls during US Eastern hours.

Competenze

• Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend for DTC/eCommerce.
• Ability to explain CPA/ROAS and what changed to move metrics.
• Fluent English communication with clients.

Mansioni

• Own a set of Google accounts end to end, including spend from 5k/mo to six figures.
• Directly manage client relationships and present results, plans, and reasoning.
• Audit accounts before touching, reviewing structure, keywords, negatives, bidding, and tracking.
