Sweat Pants Agency is hiring a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist (Remote) to own full-funnel campaigns for DTC/eCommerce clients. You will be the direct client contact, run the updates, calls, and defend your decisions.

You’ll own the feed, tracking, and creative testing, while building scalable frameworks and leveraging AI tools. This role emphasizes ownership, accountability, and performance-based results, with remote work and US-East-compatible client calls.

Competenze

• Hands-on experience managing Google Ads with real money across DTC/eCommerce.
• Ability to analyze attribution and prove impact on business growth.
• Competence in GA4/GTM for tracking and measurement.
• Experience with Shopping, PMax, and brand vs. non-brand strategies.

Mansioni

• Own a set of DTC accounts as the strategist, buyer, and direct client contact.
• Own the client relationship with no intermediary between you and the client.
• Audit overtake accounts with a real review: structure, terms, bidding, feed health, and conversions.
• Explain and defend attribution decisions; optimize for NC-CPA and NC-ROAS.
• Maintain control over feed, tracking, and landing pages; build necessary assets.
