Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a remote Google Ads Media Buyer/Growth Strategist to own client accounts end-to-end. You will manage budgets from $5k/month to six figures, directly communicate with clients, and defend strategic calls.

You will own the full funnel, including feed, tracking, and creative testing, with a focus on incremental growth. You should be fluent in English, capable of presenting results and plans to clients, and work within US Eastern business hours.

Competenze

• Hands-on Google Ads experience with meaningful spend on DTC/ecommerce.
• Ability to own client relationships and present results directly to clients.
• Strong understanding of attribution models, NC-CPA/NC-ROAS approaches.
• Comfort with remote work and US Eastern hour compatibility.

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and direct client contact. Budgets from $5k/mo to six figures.
• Own the client relationship with no intermediary.
• Audit campaigns before touching anything and document findings for the Loom walkthrough.
• Run brand and non-brand campaigns as distinct businesses with separate reporting.
• Understand PMax impact and separate branded vs. non-branded performance.
• Manage feed, tracking, and conversion data to ensure reliable measurement.
• Identify bottlenecks and build fixes: landing pages, scripts, and reporting.
