Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a remote Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist who can own the entire funnel for DTC brands. You will be the client’s direct contact, present plans and results, and defend decisions with data.

You will manage feeds, tracking, and campaigns across Search, Shopping, YouTube, and more. You will lead audits, separate brand from non-brand effort, and push for incremental growth using NC-CPA and NC-ROAS.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads experience with meaningful spend on DTC/eCommerce.
• Ability to present results, plans and reasoning directly to clients.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts end to end, as strategist and client contact.
• Audit overhauls before touching accounts: structure, terms, bidding, tracking and landing pages.
• Separate brand vs non-brand campaigns and report them distinctly.
• Know what PMax is doing; avoid optimizing against an incremental CAC.
• Keep Google automation in check and audit assets and sitelinks.
• Own feed and product data hygiene; manage Merchant Center and promotions.
• Own the tracking stack: GA4, GTM, Shopify imports, and conversions.
• Diagnose bottlenecks and build required assets: pages, scripts, dashboards.
